Chardonnay = not the official wine of California

Doesn't the California legislature have anything better to do than vote chardonnay as the official wine of the state? Luckily Gov. Ahnold (seven time vorld champion) vetoed the bill. Score one for the Terminator, although it's probably because he likes merlot.

Anyone (other than Downhill JB) know the official drink of Rhode Island?
